21st Century IAS Academy, Wings Media and G5 Media jointly organized an awareness program on Civil Services Examination at Malla Reddy Women’s Medical College on Monday.
Speaking at the awareness program, 21st Century IAS Academy Chairman Krishna Pradeep said “achieving success in the Civil Services Examination on the first attempt is not as difficult as it seems.”
Chairman P Krishna Pradeep highlighted how doctors can excel in administrative roles. He cited the example of Dr. Darej Ahmed, an MBBS graduate who became a District Collector and brought significant changes in public health by preventing child marriages. He advised students to consider Medical Science as an optional subject and emphasized that self-confidence is the key to success.
Chief Mentor Bhavani Shankar, addressing the gathering, stated that women are no less capable and that the government is implementing numerous initiatives to empower them. He emphasized that programs like Nari Shakti (Women Empowerment) are giving women greater importance.
He mentioned that special fee concessions are provided for women during admissions, ensuring equal opportunities and offering them a distinct status. With these opportunities, achieving success in Civils becomes easier, he added.
During the event, books specially authored by 21st Century IAS Academy were launched and handed over to the library. Medical Superintendent Dr. Srinivas Rao, Dean Dr. Srilatha, Chancellor Dr. Sudha Ramana, Giri Prakash, Editor Ganesh, and Prasad were among those present at the program.
