Aamir Khan and Ali Fazal light up Brabourne Stadium with a thrilling pickleball face-off at the World Pickleball League

The World Pickleball League (WPBL) saw an exciting semi-final as Bengaluru Jawans and Pune United emerged as the two finalists. The event was made even more special with Bollywood stars Aamir Khan and Ali Fazal taking part in an exhibition match at the CCI, Brabourne Stadium. The match, full of fast rallies, powerful smashes, and playful banter, saw Aamir and his partner, Thaddea Lock, defeat Ali Fazal and Lauren Mercado 13-8.

Aamir Khan and Ali Fazal entertained the packed stadium with their friendly rivalry, adding a fun touch to the event. Aamir expressed his joy, saying, “It was a great honour and pleasure to play this game today.” Ali Fazal also shared his enthusiasm, “I really enjoyed the game, and I think it's a sport that's here to stay.” 

As the league heads into its finale, fans can look forward to an electrifying showdown between Bengaluru Jawans and Pune United.
