AISECT in collaboration with Genpact, officially launched the Skill BUILD Program, a CSR initiative designed to enhance youth employability by upskilling them with industry-relevant skills, making them job ready. The program is currently being rolled out across six locations in India, including Jaipur, Jodhpur, Lucknow, Kolkata, Madurai, and Warangal.
The launch event, hosted at MVR Convention, Hanamkonda, attracted enthusiastic participation from candidates representing academia and the corporate sector.
The event began with a welcome address by the inaugural address by Bhosle Rupanand , AISECT, who emphasized the importance of structured skilling initiatives in bridging the gap between education and employment.
R. Vignesh, Assistant Vice President, Genpact, represented the organization and highlighted Genpact’s strong commitment to youth skilling through its CSR initiatives. The program was further supported by the presence of B. Naveen Kumar, General Manager, District Industries Centre, Hanamkonda, and Srinath Gattu, Zonal Head – South, Banking, Financial Services and Insurance , Sector Skill Council.
The event concluded with a vote of thanks by Bhosle Rupanand, AISECT. Swetha Vemula, Management Trainee – Genpact, led a role model talk, offering motivational insights and practical guidance to the students.
