Wanaparthy: Ambati Vinod, owner of Jagruthi College in Wanaparthy district, has been conferred an honorary doctorate by the Asian International University Global Human Rights Trust, Manipur, for his outstanding contributions to education, especially in the field of Chemistry.

A felicitation ceremony was held on Monday at Jagruthi College, where management, staff, and students honored Vinod for his 25 years of dedicated service. District Intermediate Education Officer Erra Anjaiah, Dr. Niranjan Ayya, and Dr. Bandari Srinivasulu attended as chief guests.

Speaking at the event, they praised Vinod as a committed educator who has taught thousands of students and guided many toward careers in engineering, medicine, and government service. They noted his role in creating employment opportunities for hundreds of young people, calling him a true humanitarian. The speakers urged students to draw inspiration from Vinod’s journey and strive for excellence. College partners, faculty, and students were present at the program.
