Secures Letter of Intent for 60 Tonnes of Piroctone Olamine from Swiss Distributor

Astal Laboratories Limited is pleased to announce that the Company has successfully received the REACH Compliance Certificate in accordance with the European Union’s Registration, Evaluation, Authorisation and Restriction of Chemicals (REACH) regulatory framework.

The certification covers the for exports of speciality chemicals, Advanced intermediates to the European Union. This certification enables Astal Laboratories Limited to export the above substance(s) to the European Union in full conformity with EU chemical safety and environmental standards. The REACH approval significantly strengthens the Company’s regulatory competencies and enhances access to high-value European markets.

Following this development, the Company is pleased to further announce that it has received a Letter of Intent (LOI) from a Swiss-based distributor for the purchase of 60 tonnes of Piroctone Olamine to be delivered between December 2025 and June 2026. This LOI underscores growing international demand for Astal’s specialty chemical products and reflects confidence in the Company’s technical capabilities and regulatory-compliant manufacturing practices.
