Bharatiya Hindu Parishad seeks India to be declared as Hindu Country

The Telangana unit of Bharatiya Hindu Parishad, an international organization , organized a program in Warangal on Monday demanding the declaration of India as a Hindu country. The event took place near the Bhadrakali Temple in the city, where the organization aimed to collect 5 crore signatures from Hindu citizens in support of this demand. 

During the event, Telangana State President Kola Shivarama Krishna urged the Central Government to officially recognize India as a Hindu country, the cow as the national animal and Ramcharita Manas as the national treasure/book .The call was made across party lines, emphasizing unity among Hindus to act with dedication akin to soldiers in protecting their Sanatana Dharma (the eternal Hindu faith).
