Dr. B.R. Ambedkar Open University (BRAOU) has announced the postponement of its degree examinations in view of the municipal elections scheduled across the state on February 11. University officials said the decision was taken to ensure smooth conduct of the elections and avoid inconvenience to students and staff.
The postponed examinations include Degree Third, Second and First Year courses covering V, III and I semesters. According to the Controller of Examinations, Prof. Bhoju Srinivas, the rescheduled examinations will now be held from February 17 to March 10, 2026.
Students who have already applied for the examinations have been advised to download their hall tickets three days prior to their respective examination dates. Hall tickets will be made available on the university’s official examination portal at www.braouonline.in.
Candidates seeking additional information or clarification have been asked to contact their respective study centres. They may also visit the university’s official website www.braou.ac.in for updates related to the revised examination schedule, guidelines and other announcements.
