With just two weeks to go for the release of the highly anticipated supernatural thriller Jatadhara, excitement among fans is at an all-time high. Every teaser and trailer has left audiences hooked on the Sudheer Babu–Sonakshi Sinha starrer, promising a cinematic experience unlike anything seen before.
An extraordinary revelation has now added to the buzz: the lead actors filmed the movie’s massive climax non-stop for 24 hours over multiple days, showcasing endurance and commitment rarely seen in Indian cinema.
Directed by Venkat Kalyan and Abhishek Jaiswal, Jatadhara is a visually spectacular supernatural journey blending mythology, black magic, ancient curses, and a mystic treasure hunt, culminating in a battle between light and darkness. The film’s climax, described by the team as “one of the most challenging ever mounted,” involved large-scale sets, complex choreography, and emotionally charged performances that pushed the actors to their limits.
Producer Shivin Narang commented, “The climax is the soul of Jatadhara — where two powerful forces collide. Sudheer Babu and Sonakshi Sinha shot continuously for 24 hours over three days, giving everything physically, mentally, and emotionally. It’s one of the toughest, most ambitious climaxes you’ll ever see on the big screen.”
Presented by Zee Studios and Prerna Arora, the film is produced by Umesh Kumar Bansal, Shivin Narang, Aruna Agarwal, Prerna Arora, Shilpa Singhal, and Nikhil Nanda, with Akshay Kejriwal and Kussum Arora as co-producers. Divya Vijay is the Creative Producer, while Bhavini Goswami serves as Supervising Producer. The immersive soundscape is curated by Zee Music Co.
Jatadhara is set to release in Hindi and Telugu on November 7, 2025, promising a breathtaking battle between faith and fear, where myth meets madness.
