Bharatiya Vidya Bhavan’s Atmakuri Rama Rao School celebrated its 17th Foundation Day and Investiture Ceremony with great enthusiasm on Friday at the school premises.
The chief guest for the occasion was K Ashok Reddy, Managing Director, Hyderabad Metropolitan Water Supply & Sewerage Board (HMWSSB).
The event featured a prize distribution ceremony, where the chief guest felicitated class 10th and 12th students for their exceptional performance in the CBSE Board Examinations 2024–2025, as well as students who excelled in various competitions. The Investiture Ceremony followed, with K Ashok Reddy administering the oath and presenting badges to the newly elected student leaders.
As part of Van Mahotsav week celebrations, the chief guest and other dignitaries participated in a sapling plantation drive. The school also inaugurated a Tennis Court and an Eco-Fit Zone, aimed at promoting physical fitness and sustainable living. The school magazine Samskruthi – 2025 was formally released during the event, showcasing the creative and academic achievements of the students.
