Secunderabad Cantonment MLA Sri Ganesh met with Cantonment Board Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Arvind Kumar Dwivedi at the board's office on Thursday to discuss key civic arrangements for the constituency. The MLA placed special emphasis on ensuring that the muslim community can celebrate the upcoming Ramadan festival without inconvenience. Street lights should be fully functional and operational at night, while drainage systems and manholes must be cleaned to prevent any issues, the MLA emphasized.
Additionally, MLA Sri Ganesh highlighted the need to address potential water shortages during the summer season. He called for the repair of damaged borewells and the installation of new borewells where necessary to guarantee a regular supply of drinking water to the public. In response, CEO Arvind Kumar Dwivedi promptly issued necessary instructions to the concerned officials from the Health and Water Departments and directed them to initiate the works to ensure that residents face no hardships. The meeting was also attended by Health and Water Department officials, including Devender and Shashank.
