The Telangana Chapter of the Indian Association of Gynaecological Endoscopists (IAGE) and The Obstetrics & Gynaecological Society of Hyderabad (OGSH), in association with CARE Hospitals, Banjara Hills, organized a one-day academic conference, ‘Robotic Horizons in Gynaecology.’
The event brought together leading surgeons, academicians, and postgraduate trainees to explore the latest trends in robotic and minimally invasive surgical techniques, enhancing precision, safety, and recovery in gynaecological care.
The conference was inaugurated by C Damodar Raja Narasimha, Minister for Health, Medical & Family Welfare, Government of Telangana, who praised robotic systems for advancing surgical accuracy.
Key attendees included Biju Nair, Zonal COO, CARE Hospitals, and Dr. Manjula Anagani, Padma Shri awardee and Clinical Director at CARE Vatsalya Women & Child Institute.
CARE Hospitals has emerged as a national leader in robotic gynaecological surgeries, performing advanced procedures like hysterectomy, myomectomy, and endometriosis surgery.
