CM to showcase Telangana’s Climate Leadership at Mumbai

Telangana Chief Minister Revanth Reddy departed for Mumbai from Rajiv Gandhi International Airport on Tuesday evening to participate in the Mumbai Climate Week, a three-day international summit being held from February 17 to 19, 2026.

The Chief Minister is attending the event at the special invitation of Maharashtra Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis. During the summit, CM Revanth Reddy will present Telangana’s achievements in sustainable development, Hyderabad’s rapid urban growth, climate-responsive governance, environmental protection initiatives, and administrative reforms. He is expected to highlight the State’s progressive policies and its roadmap for green and resilient growth.

The conference will be held at the Jio World Convention Centre in Bandra Kurla Complex, Mumbai. The event is being organized in partnership with the Government of Maharashtra and the Municipal Corporation of Greater Mumbai. Prime Minister Narendra Modi will inaugurate the international summit. The event will witness participation from global climate experts, policymakers, industry leaders, and sustainability advocates from across India and abroad.
