CREDAI Telangana has announced its new Managing Committee for the 2025–2027 term. Prem Sagar Reddy has been elected Chairman, while K Indra Sena Reddy will serve as President. S Ram Reddy has been named President-Elect. The Vice Presidents include M Srikanth, Govardhan Reddy, Ram Reddy, and Satyanarayan Reddy, with Pallerla Nagaprasad as Joint Secretary.

The new leadership aims to strengthen ties with the Telangana government, promote RERA compliance, and encourage modern governance. Key goals include adopting sustainable construction methods, boosting use of advanced technologies, and expanding skilling and capacity-building programs. The committee also plans to focus on plotted developments and integrated townships in Tier 2 and 3 cities, ensuring equitable and inclusive growth.
