Hyderabad: CREDAI Hyderabad, the city chapter of India’s apex body of private real estate developers, announced that the CREDAI Hyderabad Property Show 2026 will be held from 6th to 8th February at Hall 4, HITEX Exhibition Centre.

The Property Show, anchored in CREDAIbility—CREDAI’s philosophy of trust, transparency, and consumer confidence—carries the theme ‘Permanent Ho Jao’, encouraging homebuyers to invest in Hyderabad and make the city their permanent home. The event will showcase only RERA-approved projects from CREDAI member developers, including apartments, villas, plotted developments, and office spaces, ensuring visitors access verified and credible offerings.

Speaking on the occasion, N. Jaideep Reddy, President, CREDAI Hyderabad, said Hyderabad’s real estate sector continues to demonstrate strong fundamentals, supported by stable governance, consistent infrastructure development, and sustained investor confidence. “Recent high-value land auctions across growth corridors such as Kokapet, Raidurg, and Bachupally signal robust demand, making this an opportune time for homebuyers,” he added.

B. Jagannath Rao, President-Elect, CREDAI Hyderabad, highlighted the city’s emergence as a global destination for lifestyle, tourism, and investment, emphasizing the integration of premium living, future industries, and world-class infrastructure in Hyderabad’s next growth phase.

General Secretary K. Kranti Kiran Reddy underlined the sector’s role in promoting sustainable and inclusive urban development. He added that the Property Show will feature larger stalls, family and wellness zones, senior-friendly spaces, and curated engagement areas, while reinforcing transparency and consumer confidence.

The show aims to simplify the homebuying process and provide visitors with credible, high-quality options for long-term investment in Hyderabad’s real estate market.
