Cyberabad constable excels in Sepak Takraw championships

Cyberabad Police Constable N. Manoj Kumar from the CSW Wing has earned national recognition by securing five bronze medals across three consecutive All India Police Sepak Takraw Championships. Sepak Takraw is a fast, acrobatic Southeast Asian sport in which players use only their feet, knees, chest, shoulders, and aerial kicks to strike a woven ball over a net. The game demands exceptional agility, balance, reflexes, and coordination.

Across the 71st (2022) championship in Jalandhar, the 72nd (2024) championship in Nagpur, and the 73rd (2025) championship in Madhuban, Haryana, he consistently showcased top-tier performance, winning medals in Men Team and Men Quad events.
