Smooth Traffic Management at Beeranguda Hill During Maha Shivaratri

With Sunday marking the Maha Shivaratri festival, the crowd of devotees at the Sri Bhramaramba Mallikarjuna Swamy Temple in Beeranguda increased significantly. Cyberabad Ameenpur traffic police successfully managed traffic, yielding positive results, said Cyberabad Traffic DCP I, Ranjan Ratan Kumar.

Learning from last year’s challenges, authorities pre-planned by increasing parking spaces and organizing vehicle movement in a structured manner.

Cyberabad CP Dr. M. Ramesh personally visited the temple today to review facilities, security arrangements, parking, and traffic management provided for devotees. He also inspected security arrangements in Narsingi, Beeranguda, KPHB, and Isnapur, where temporary accommodations for Buddhist monks were arranged.

Drone and CCTV Monitoring

Due to the heavy influx of devotees, law and order, traffic police, crime teams, and SHE teams worked in coordination. Traffic flow and queue conditions were continuously monitored via 50 CCTV cameras and drones, and special squads were deployed to prevent vehicle stoppages.

Smooth Darshan Process

Queues were managed on a rotational basis to ensure devotees had a smooth darshan without inconvenience.

Devotees’ Appreciation

Devotees expressed happiness as no traffic issues arose due to the Cyberabad police’s pre-planning. They appreciated the coordination of authorities that made the process successful.
