The Samuha Foundation organized a distribution program of school bags and books to hundreds of deaf and differently-abled students studying at the Helen Keller Educational Institutions in Neredmet on Thursday. The event was graced by Muthineni Veerayya, Chairman of the Telangana State Divyangula(differently abled) Corporation, who served as the Chief Guest.
He personally handed over the kits to the students. Speaking on the occasion, Chairman Muthineni Veerayya specially commended the Samuha Foundation for its dedicated activities aimed at supporting differently-abled students. He informed that the Corporation would soon distribute laptops to all deaf students currently pursuing Intermediate and Degree courses. The program saw participation from several dignitaries, including Patan P. Umar Khan, Chairman of Helen Keller Educational Institutions; Tudum Rajender, National President of NPRD India; M. Gangareddy, President of NPRD Medchal District; along with the principal, teachers and staff of the Helen Keller Educational Institutions.
