The Employees' Provident Fund Organisation, Regional Office, Mumbai (Nariman Point), organised a special “Sundays on Cycle” event on Sunday as part of the nationwide campaign being held from June 1 to June 14 to promote fitness, healthy living and environmental awareness. Around 20 officers and staff members participated in the cycling activity, which began from the EPFO office at Nariman Point and concluded at MIG Colony. The event aimed to encourage regular physical activity and the use of eco-friendly modes of transport. The programme was led by Shubham Kumar Umarvaishya, Assistant Provident Fund Commissioner, who urged participants to adopt cycling as a sustainable and healthy lifestyle choice.  He highlighted the benefits of integrating fitness into daily routines while contributing to a cleaner and greener environment.   EPFO said the initiative reflects its commitment to employee welfare, environmental responsibility and the objectives of the Fit India Movement, while encouraging a culture of health and wellness among staff members.
