The sleuths of the Tolichowki Police Station, Hyderabad detected an attention diversion case and arrested five offenders and recovered cash Rs 11.7 lakh from arrested persons on Monday.

Arrested men identified as Mohd Bilal (28), resident of Bahadurpura, Md Abdul Azam (30), resident of Tolichowki, Mohd Iqbal (30), resident of Shamshabad, Mohd Jameel Ahmed (25), resident of Tolichowki and Syed Maaz Hussaini (23), resident of Tolichowki.

On July 25, P Sai Prasad Reddy, lodged a complaint regarding attention diversion and stealing total Rs 11,71 tolichowki,000 by group of members. Three persons are still absconding in this case. Police seized cash Rs 7.55 lakh from the accused persons.
