Salman Khan runs barefoot after visiting Ganpati pandal, while Anil Kapoor and Anupam Kher embrace Ganesh festival traditions

Bollywood superstar Salman Khan visited Maharashtra’s Cultural Affairs Minister Ashish Shelar’s Ganpati pandal in Bandra, Mumbai, on Monday. Several photos and videos of the actor have been doing the rounds on social media. However, one post caught everyone’s attention in which he is seen running towards his car after seeking blessings.

In the post, shared by paparazzi on social media, Salman appeared barefoot as he stood before Lord Ganesha’s idol to seek blessings. He offered prayers with folded hands, received prasad, and had a tika applied on his forehead.

Surrounded by tight security, bodyguards, and a convoy of cars, Salman made his way to the event dressed in a casual checkered shirt paired with jeans. Shelar also took to his official X account to share photos with Salman. Along with the pictures, he wrote in Marathi, “Actor Salman Khan visited our Bandra West Public Ganeshotsav Mandal to seek blessings of Lord Ganesha.”

Anil Kapoor visits Lalbaugcha Raja 

Actor Anil Kapoor visited the famous Lalbaugcha Raja pandal in Mumbai with his wife Sunita Kapoor on Tuesday. The couple was seen offering prayers to Lord Ganesha during the Ganesh Chaturthi celebrations. Dressed in traditional outfits, Anil and Sunita looked graceful as they folded their hands and sought blessings. Anil Kapoor is known for being deeply spiritual, and he often visits temples and holy places. Fans and photographers gathered at the venue to catch a glimpse of the actor. The crowd cheered as he walked in, smiling and greeting everyone warmly.

Anupam Kher praises Ganpati organisers

Veteran actor Anupam Kher visited the famous Lalbaugcha Raja in Mumbai to seek blessings from Lord Ganesha during the ongoing Ganesh Chaturthi festival. Unlike many celebrities, Kher chose not to take VIP access and instead stood in the general line with other devotees.

Sharing photos from his visit on social media, Kher said he was deeply moved by the peaceful and well-organised arrangements at the pandal. He praised the organisers and volunteers for managing the huge crowds so smoothly and respectfully.

Wearing traditional clothes, the actor looked emotional and thankful as he folded his hands in prayer. Fans appreciated his humble gesture and praised him for being grounded despite his fame. In his post, Kher wrote, “The energy at Lalbaugcha Raja is divine. Grateful to be a part of this experience.”
