Telangana Chief Minister A. Revanth Reddy will be personally extending invitations to Prime Minister Narendra Modi, Leader of Opposition in Lok Sabha Rahul Gandhi, and AICC President Mallikarjun Kharge for the prestigious Telangana Rising Global Summit 2025, scheduled to be held on December 8–9, 2025, at Bharat Future City, Hyderabad.

The State government is leaving no stone unturned to make the summit a landmark event by inviting Chief Ministers of all states, Union Ministers, leading industrialists, economists, sportspersons, media personalities, diplomats, and domain experts from India and abroad.

A dedicated Invitation Committee under the coordination of Special Chief Secretary Sabyasachi Ghosh has been constituted to oversee the entire process. A special website and real-time dashboard will track invitations, confirmations, hospitality, and liaison arrangements. The Chief Minister will personally monitor progress through the dashboard.

Speaking to media, CM Revanth Reddy highlighted the ambitious Telangana Rising Vision 2047 document being prepared with the collaboration of NITI Aayog, ISB, and lakhs of stakeholders. The vision aims to transform Telangana into a $1 trillion economy by 2034 and a $3 trillion economy by 2047, contributing 10% to India’s GDP.

The State has been conceptually divided into three economic zones under the CURE-PURE-RARE framework. The Core Urban Region Economy (CURE) – Inside the Outer Ring Road: A pollution-free, service-sector-driven, planned urban hub with Musi rejuvenation, metro expansion, and relocation of polluting industries.

The Peri-Urban Regional Economy (PURE) zone – Between ORR and the upcoming 360-km Regional Ring Road: Focus on greenfield highways, bullet train corridors, new airports (Warangal, Adilabad, Kothagudem, Ramagundam), connectivity to Machilipatnam Port, and Bharat Future City as growth engines. The Rural & Agricultural Region Economy (RARE) zone – Beyond Regional Ring Road up to State borders: Agriculture-led growth with emphasis on seed production, nutritional food security, and making farmers active partners in economic progress.

The CM emphasized that Telangana is benchmarking itself against global leaders like China, Japan, South Korea, and Singapore, and will directly compete for foreign investments rather than limiting comparison to neighbouring states. The summit will showcase the State’s long-term strategy to attract global corporations, create massive employment for youth, and establish Telangana as a knowledge and innovation hub by bringing international educational institutions.

Already, invitations have been sent to 4,500 prominent delegates, of whom over 1,000 have confirmed participation. A war room under Deputy Chief Minister Mallu Bhatti Vikramarka has been set up at Praja Bhavan for round-the-clock coordination. The Telangana Rising Global Summit 2025 is poised to position the State as India’s most dynamic investment destination and a model of inclusive, sustainable growth.

CM sets strict Timeline for ‘Telangana Rising–2047’ Vision Blueprint

Meanwhile, Chief Minister A. Revanth Reddy reviewed the Telangana Rising–2047 Policy Document and preparations for the Telangana Rising Global Summit. He directed all ministers and department heads to thoroughly examine every aspect of the vision document over the next two days and submit their detailed reports by the night of December 2.

The reports from all departments will be scrutinised on December 3 and 4 by the Chief Secretary, Special Chief Secretaries and CMO officials to incorporate necessary modifications. The CM instructed that the final Telangana Rising Vision 2047 document must be fully completed by the evening of December 6. He emphasised that all departments must dedicate full time to this exercise and ensure seamless inter-departmental coordination for the successful conduct of the global summit.
