26th GRIET Graduation Day held

Prof. Dr. A. Damodaram, Rector, JNTU Hyderabad said on Friday that education has always been a powerful catalyst in transforming individuals, societies and nations. He and T. Shaila Kumar, Head – AI & Data Analytics, NEUREALM were the Chief Guests at the 26th Graduation Day of Gokaraju Rangaraju Institute of Engineering and Technology (GRIET) which was held at the GRIET campus in Bachupally.

He wished every graduate a future filled with excellence, innovation, leadership, social responsibility and service to humanity. Dr. T. Shaila Kumar emphasized the need for graduates to continuously upgrade their skills and mentioned that to excel in the IT and ITES sectors, students should develop proficiency in cutting-edge technologies such as Generative AI and Agentic AI.

Gold Medals were awarded to students who demonstrated outstanding academic performance in their respective departments. Degrees were also conferred upon all the students who successfully completed their courses. The event was attended by the college Principal Dr. Praveen, Program Coordinators Dr. Srividya and Dr. Srinivas, faculty members, graduating students and their parents.
