Help for families of party workers killed in accidents

Korikana Ravikumar, Chairman of the Srikakulam Urban Development Authority (SUDA) and founder of the Korikana Foundation, has provided financial assistance of Rs 1 lakh each to the families of 13 active or associated members of the Jana Sena Party (JSP) who died in accidents. Their Jana Sena membership terms had expired by the time of the accidents, leaving their families ineligible for the party's accident insurance benefits. 

In response to this situation, Ravikumar stepped forward through his foundation to offer support to the bereaved households.

The distribution took place during a program held at the MLC office in Etcherla in Srikakulam district, organized to mark the foundation day of the Jana Sena Party on Saturday, 14th of March 2026. K. Nagababu, Member of the Legislative Council (MLC) and prominent Jana Sena leader, handed over the cheques to the families on behalf of the initiative.
