The Hyderabad Property Show 2025 will be held from August 15 to 17 at the HITEX Exhibition Centre, bringing together a wide spectrum of real estate options under one roof. With the theme “The Choice is Yours,” the three-day event aims to present verified and RERA-approved housing and commercial projects to prospective homebuyers across the city.

More than 70 top developers are expected to participate, showcasing a range of residential apartments, luxury villas, open plots, and commercial properties from across Hyderabad. The event serves as a one-stop destination for those seeking clarity, credibility, and choice in the real estate sector.

Announcing the show, organizers highlighted Hyderabad’s robust real estate growth, supported by the city’s infrastructure expansion and investor-friendly ecosystem. In May 2025 alone, Hyderabad recorded property registrations exceeding Rs 4,300 crore, marking a 14% year-on-year increase. Ongoing projects such as the metro rail expansion and elevated corridors are expected to further boost connectivity and enhance livability.

Hyderabad continues to attract both global investors and domestic buyers, thanks to its expanding industrial base, skilled workforce, and a conducive business environment. Organizers described the timing of the property show as ideal for real estate investment in the city.

Beyond being a real estate exhibition, the Hyderabad Property Show is envisioned as a family-friendly event. Visitors can look forward to cultural performances, food stalls, interactive sessions, and expert talks. The show will be hosted in Halls 1 and 3 of HITEX, with specialized committees overseeing operations including finance, logistics, branding, hospitality, and speaker management, ensuring a seamless experience for all.
