Santhana Prapthirasthu, starring Vikrant and Chandini Chowdary, is set for a grand theatrical release on November 14. Produced by Madhura Sreedhar Reddy and Nirvi Hariprasad Reddy under Madhura Entertainment and Nirvi Arts, the film is directed by Sanjeev Reddy with a screenplay by Sheikh Dawood G.

In an interview, Reddy shared, ‘Fertility issues are real, but male infertility has never been explored in Telugu cinema. Inspired by friends and family who faced this challenge, we created a family-friendly story blending humor, emotion, and awareness. Vikrant connected deeply with the script, and Chandini embraced her role responsibly.’

The film portrays the hero’s low sperm count as the core conflict, presenting the topic with dignity while creating situational humor. Reddy added, ‘We wanted strong storytelling over star power. Audiences globally, even in the US, appreciated the sensitive yet engaging depiction.’
