IIM Calcutta, in partnership with TimesPro, has opened admissions for the 16th batch of its Advanced Programme for Marketing and Sales Professionals. This one-year executive programme aims to prepare mid-career professionals for senior and C-suite roles by integrating marketing, sales, analytics, and leadership.
The programme focuses on aligning sales and marketing strategies, leveraging data-driven insights, and driving customer-centric growth. With rapid digital transformation and AI adoption in businesses, the curriculum equips leaders with skills to combine human judgement, technology, and strategic decision-making.
Structured across nine modules, participants cover leadership, brand and product management, sales strategy, strategic marketing, integrated communications, digital marketing, customer-centric organisations, and marketing analytics. A capstone project allows learners to tackle real-world challenges, applying knowledge from all modules. Classes are delivered live online by IIM Calcutta faculty via TimesPro’s interactive platform, complemented by two in-person campus immersions for peer learning and engagement.
Applicants require at least eight years of professional experience and 50% marks in a recognized undergraduate or postgraduate degree. Graduates receive a Certificate of Completion from IIM Calcutta and join its Executive Education Alumni network of over 40,000 professionals.
