IIMC NSS units launch seven-day special camp

Hyderabad: IIMC College NSS Units 1 and 2 are organizing a seven-day special camp from March 16–22 in Thimmaipalli and Dharmaram villages, Keesara Circle, under Malkajgiri Municipal Corporation.

On the first day, Narasimhammurthy of Janahita Seva Samithi welcomed the students, praising their social service efforts. Program Officers Satyanarayana and E. Ramakrishna outlined the camp’s objectives and planned activities.

On March 17, volunteers began with Surya Namaskar and meditation, conducted a household survey covering 300 families to identify youth outside education or employment, and shared livelihood information. In the afternoon, they visited a school for mentally challenged children, interacting with students and supporting the organization’s work.
