Indel Money Limited Announces Public Issue of Non-Convertible Debentures

Mumbai, August 12th, 2026: Indel Money Limited, a non-deposit taking non-banking finance company – Middle Layer (“NBFC-ML”) – has announced the public issue of Secured, Rated, Listed and Redeemable Non-Convertible Debentures (“NCDs”) of face value of ₹1,000 each.The Issue opens on Tuesday, August 18, 2026, and closes on Monday, August 31, 2026, with an option of early closure, subject to relevant approvals.

Investors may make one or more applications for the NCDs, subject to a minimum application size of ₹10,000 across all Series collectively and in multiples of ₹1,000 thereafter.The Public Issue comprises a Base Issue of ₹25,000 lakhs (₹250 crore), with an option to retain oversubscription (Green Shoe Option) up to ₹25,000 lakhs (₹250 crore), aggregating an Overall Issue Size of up to ₹50,000 lakhs. (₹500 crore).

 The Net Proceeds of the Issue will be utilised for onward lending, financing or refinancing of existing debt and/or debt servicing, including payment of interest and/or repayment or prepayment of interest and principal of existing borrowings of the Company, and for general corporate purposes. (The Company will not utilise the proceeds of this Issue towards payment of prepayment penalty, if any. The Net Proceeds will be first utilised towards the stated Objects of the Issue, with the balance proposed to be utilised for general corporate purposes, subject to such utilisation not exceeding 25% of the gross proceeds, in compliance with the applicable SEBI NCS Regulations.)
