Dynamic Star Vishnu Manchu’s dream project ‘Kannappa’ produced by M. Mohan Babu under the banners of AVA Entertainment and 24 Frames Factory, and directed by Mukesh Kumar Singh is set for a grand worldwide release on June 27th. The teaser, songs, and posters released so far have increased expectations around the movie. On Saturday, the trailer was launched at a spectacular event held in Kochi.

 While speaking at the event, Mohanlal said that ‘Kannappa’ has turned out really well and that he was happy to be part of it. He stated that actors, and technicians from different languages worked together on this movie which was shot in New Zealand. Dr Mohan Babu praised Mohanlal’s  simplicity, discipline and pure heart. He informed that Mohanlal didn’t take a single rupee . He also expressed his happiness that Vishnu got an opportunity to act with Mohanlal.

He thanked Aashirvad Cinemas for releasing this film. Director Mukesh Kumar Singh stated that India is land walked by great saints like Parashurama and Adi Shankaracharya, who was a true devotee of Lord Shiva.” Many people make movies with love and passion, but we made this film as a prayer to Shiva.”  he said.
