Hyderabad: Kara, starring Dhanush and directed by Vignesh Raja, has registered a strong run in the Telugu market, collecting over Rs 4.8 crore within four days of its release on April 30, 2026. The film’s steady performance is being driven by positive word-of-mouth and consistent audience footfall across the Telugu states.

Produced by Ishari K. Ganesh under Vels Film International Ltd, along with Think Studios and Vigneswara Entertainments, Kara has emerged as a content-led success.
