Kick Start book launch inspires preventive healthcare movement

A powerful message advocating preventive healthcare and disciplined living marked the launch of KickStart, authored by young dietologist and nutrition expert Sahitya Lalitha Kameswari. The event was held yesterday evening at Federation of Telangana Chambers of Commerce and Industry (FTCCI), Red Hills.

Delivering the keynote address, noted political thinker, former MLA, and founder of the Lok Satta Party, Jayaprakash Narayana emphasized that a disciplined lifestyle can significantly reduce the need for medical intervention. He appreciated the author’s dedication to researching a socially impactful subject at a young age and bringing out a meaningful book. Founder of Suri Bhagavantam Foundation, SB Ram, introduced the author and described KickStart as a timely guide in today’s fast-paced world. Renowned personality development expert Akella Raghavendra noted that the book offers valuable insights that everyone should learn and practice. Chairman and Managing Director of Symax Laboratories, R.C. Murthy, expressed  stressed the importance of bringing out a Telugu edition to expand its reach.

The event was compered by media and business professional Krishna Kiran, former General Manager of India Today and The Hindu. He remarked that Lord Krishna, through his teachings in the Bhagavad Gita, can be regarded as the first dietician for explaining dietary discipline.  Speaking on the occasion, Sahitya Lalitha Kameswari said she authored KickStart to create awareness that health can be preserved through body-specific dietary rules and disciplined lifestyle practices. She also announced the launch of her wellness company, Dietologics. 

In his message, eminent editor Kondubhatla Sriramachandra Murthy described the book as an extensively researched and remarkable work. Several distinguished personalities including Dr. A.V.R. Murthy, Chairman of Ashrita Group; Raju Chenna; Dr. Indraganti Shashikanth Sharma; and noted auditor Sambasiva Rao spoke on the occasion and appreciated Sahitya’s contribution toward promoting preventive healthcare and awareness-driven living.
