KV sanctioned for Wanaparthy

The central government has given the green signal for the establishment of a Kendriya Vidyalaya at YTC (Youth Training Center). MLA Thudi Megha Reddy expressed his gratitude to Prime Minister Narendra Modi, Union Minister of Education Dharmendra Pradhan, Chief Minister of Telangana, Revanth Reddy and Nagarkurnool Member of Parliament, Dr. Mallu Ravi. Responding to the request made by Wanaparthy MLA 

Thudi Megha Reddy and Nagarkurnool MP Dr. Mallu Ravi, the Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan approved the proposal for establishing a Kendriya Vidyalaya in Wanaparthy in the Cabinet meeting held on 03.10.2025. Accordingly, on 03.03.2026, full-fledged permissions were issued to operate the Kendriya Vidyalaya at the Youth Training Center (YTC) located on the outskirts of Nagavaram in Wanaparthy district headquarters.

With this approval, academic instruction will begin at YTC from the 2026–27 academic year. The MLA stated that the establishment of this Kendriya Vidyalaya will provide quality education to underprivileged students.
