The talented actor "Legend" Saravanan starrer new film written and directed by R.S. Durai Senthilkumar has been titled 'Leader'. Produced on a grand budget by Legend Saravana Stores Productions, the movie features popular Bollywood actress Payal Rajput as the female lead in the film.

The film's title was announced on Wednesday with a striking first look poster and powerful glimpse. Packed with mass elements, action, suspense and thrills, 'Leader' is designed to align with contemporary trends and audience expectations. 

The film was shot across multiple locations, starting in Thoothukudi and spanning Jaipur, Ooty, and Georgia, before concluding in Chennai. 

R S Durai Senthilkumar, known for acclaimed movies such as 'Ethir Neechal', 'Kaaki Sattai', 'Kodi', 'Pattas', and 'Garudan', has made this film as a gripping entertainer.  Speaking about the story, the film's team shared that it is the story of an ordinary man  caught in a war between the underworld and the police force. 

The music for the film is composed by Ghibran Vaibhoda. Cinematography is handled by S. Venkatesh, with editing by Pradeep E. Ragav.  Leader will be hitting big screens in April 2026 in Telugu and Tamil.
