Andhra Pradesh Minister Nara Lokesh inaugurated several key industrial, educational, and welfare initiatives across Kadapa district, notably in Kamalapuram constituency and the Kopparthi Industrial Hub.

At Kopparthi, he unveiled TechnoDome’s new LED TV manufacturing unit, a Rs. 121 crore investment set to employ 300 people. Touring the liquid crystal module production, final assembly, and quality control areas, Lokesh was welcomed with traditional honors. TechnoDome aims to produce 10 lakh TVs and LED monitors annually and plans an additional Rs. 55 crore investment in refrigerators, air conditioners, and other appliances.

Simultaneously, he inaugurated Texana’s Rs. 50 crore ready-made garments plant, expected to generate 2,100 jobs. Lokesh also launched a Rs. 31.5 crore Executive Center within the Kopparthi Electronics Manufacturing Cluster—a comprehensive facility with co-working spaces, convention areas, sports courts, and ample parking, spread over 46,700 sq. yards.

On the education front, Lokesh opened the Pendlimarru Model Degree College and its administrative block, built for Rs. 12 crore. Speaking with students, he stressed quality education and promised enhancements such as more faculty, upgraded infrastructure, and better learning resources.

Politically, Lokesh encouraged party workers to carry out programs with empathy and transparency. He pledged to complete party committee formations by end‑September, allocate roles based on merit, and ensure welfare schemes and development efforts reach the grassroots, in preparation for the 2029 elections.
