Lokesh to visit Visakhapatnam, Vizianagaram on Aug 22

Andhra Pradesh Education, IT and Electronics Minister Nara Lokesh will undertake a day-long visit to Visakhapatnam and Vizianagaram districts on Saturday, August 22, focusing on educational infrastructure, teacher coordination and party organization.

Lokesh will begin his tour in the Bhimili Assembly constituency, where he will visit Chandrampalem Zilla Parishad High School in Madhurawada, Visakhapatnam, from 10 am to 11.40 am. He will inaugurate several modernisation and infrastructure facilities developed at the school with support from Divi’s Laboratories. The initiative is expected to strengthen the school’s infrastructure and improve the learning environment for students, while also reflecting the role of industry partnerships in supporting government educational institutions.

Later in the afternoon, Lokesh will travel to Vizianagaram Assembly constituency. From 1 pm to 2.40 pm, he will participate in a North Andhra teachers’ cluster meeting at the Government Girls’ High School in Dasannapeta, Vizianagaram mandal. From 3 pm to 6.30 pm, Lokesh will participate in a coordination meeting with TDP leaders and party workers from the Vizianagaram Assembly constituency at a venue arranged in Chelluru village of Vizianagaram mandal. Lokesh’s packed schedule combines his ministerial responsibilities in education with party-level organisational engagement.
