Malawi delegation visits RTGS Command Control room

A Delegation from Malawi in Southeast Africa visited the Central Command Control Room of the Real-Time Governance Society(RTGS) on Wednesday. Representatives from the Malawi National Water Resources Authority came to study the good practices being followed by AP in the conservation of water resources in the State. They also visited the RTGS on the occasion. They were welcomed by RTGS CEO Prakhar Jain and explained the working of RTGS. He explained the technical facilities offered in taking government programmes and government schemes to the people without any hindrance.

He explained to them that  RTGS is acting as a bridge between the people and the government. He explained the manner in which petitions received from the people are being disposed of through the resolution platform. Dwight Kambuku, CEO of Malawi National Water Resources Authority, said the performance of RTGS has been commendable. He said such a system, which has been set up with the help of technology to provide better services to the people, is an example for all. RTGS Deputy CEO M Madhuri and others were present on the occasion.
