Medicover Hospital conducts Heart Awareness event

Metro India News | Hyderabad : Medicover Hospitals, Hi-Tec City, organized a Heart Health Awareness and CPR program on World Heart Day to promote cardiovascular health, early recognition of heart attack symptoms and timely action during cardiac emergencies. Dr. Anil Krishna G, Chairman and Managing Director, Medicover Hospitals, India, stressed that heart health begins with individual responsibility and urged people to understand risk factors, recognize warning signs and learn basic CPR.

P. Hari Krishna, Executive Director, said creating awareness about heart health is a collective responsibility and encouraged people to be prepared to assist others during emergencies. Dr. A. R. Krishna Prasad, Director, emphasized that every minute matters during a cardiac emergency and highlighted the value of CPR and AED awareness. 

Indian Chess Grandmaster Harika Dronavalli spoke about balancing professional demands with physical and mental well-being, stressing exercise, healthy food, adequate sleep and stress management.
