Cantonment MLA Ganesh met with State Revenue and Housing Minister Ponguleti Srinivasa Reddy to propose the construction of Indiramma houses on eight acres of government land adjacent to the Bowenpally Market Yard.

On Tuesday, Ministers Ponguleti Srinivasa Reddy (Revenue and Housing), Seethakka (Panchayat Raj, Rural Development, Women and Child Welfare), and Chief Minister’s Advisor Vem Narender Reddy held a meeting at the Secretariat, where a formal memorandum regarding the housing proposal was submitted.

During the meeting, MLA Ganesh emphasized the pressing need for housing in the Cantonment constituency, highlighting that many economically disadvantaged residents currently lack permanent shelter. He urged the ministers to allocate the land for Indiramma housing to support these vulnerable communities. In response, the ministers assured the MLA that they would issue immediate directives to the concerned departments and initiate steps to begin the housing construction process.
