Hyderabad-based fitness and nutrition consultant and XLRI alumna Sudipta Dash, who brought national pride to Telangana by securing the Runner Up title at Mrs India 2025, hosted a success meet on Sunday at COHORT Coworking, Kondapur. The event witnessed the presence of fitness enthusiasts, wellness advocates and well-wishers who gathered to celebrate her achievement and engage with her journey of discipline and resilience. Addressing the media, Sudipta spoke about her transition from a corporate professional to a national beauty pageant title holder.
She candidly shared her experience of overcoming deeply personal and physical challenges, including postpartum recovery after a C-section and her journey as an endometriosis survivor. She highlighted how structured fitness, mindful nutrition, emotional strength, and conscious lifestyle choices played a vital role in her healing, both physically and mentally. Sudipta secured the Runner Up title at Mrs India 2025, held on December 21 in Jaipur, after six months of disciplined preparation and five days of intense national-level competition.
She was also crowned Mrs India Fit and Fabulous Queen 2025. An XLRI Jamshedpur alumna, Sudipta brings nearly a decade of experience as a Human Resources professional before transitioning into the fitness and wellness space. Now based in Gachibowli, Hyderabad, she is a certified fitness coach and clinical nutritionist who has coached over 2,200 individuals.
Speaking about her journey, Sudipta acknowledged her strong support system and credited her husband, Devi Prasad Dash, CHRO of Apollo Health and Lifestyle, for being a constant source of strength and encouragement. She also shared that the love and motivation from her daughter, Shanaya Dash, became her emotional anchor and greatest inspiration throughout her journey. Through the Success Meet, Sudipta articulated her larger purpose of being a strong voice for women’s health and wellbeing.
