An Advocate filed a written complaint against SCCL CMD Balram Naik continuing as the FAC CMD. The advocate also filed a complaint in this regard with Department of Personnel and Training. Advocate GK Sampath Kumar from Ramavaram in Kothagudem district has filed these complaints. He also enclosed government orders, Central and state governments order copies.

Balram Naik, IRS officer on deputation worked as Director of (Finance) in SCCL. He was given the Full Additional Charge as the CMD. The complaint stated that Balram Naik’s appointment was not in tune with the tripartite agreement. Under the agreement, the state government should take prior permission from the Centre before appointing a CMD. The state government should take the prior approval from the Centre which is must. He also enclosed Secretary Ministry of Coal letter.
