He called on the IT Additional Commissioner to extend this initiative to zonal and deputy commissioner offices, stressing the need for officials to adhere to these standards to better serve the public.

The Commissioner also emphasized that officials and staff must adhere to time management practices, ensuring they are available during office hours. By implementing AI-based CCTV cameras, the GHMC aims to hold officials accountable and ensure they are present to address public concerns promptly.
