Ola Electric has commenced same-day registration and delivery of its vehicles powered by the 4680 Bharat Cell in Bengaluru, marking a key expansion of its customer-centric Hyperservice initiative.

The Bengaluru-based electric vehicle maker said the new hyperdelivery facility allows customers to complete the entire purchase process—online or at an Ola Electric Store—and ride home on a fully registered vehicle on the same day. The move is aimed at simplifying ownership and significantly reducing delivery timelines.

Hyperdelivery is part of Ola Electric’s broader Hyperservice programme, which focuses on offering a transparent, convenient and end-to-end ownership experience. Earlier this year, the company had brought its vehicle registration process fully in-house, enabling tighter control and faster execution.

A company spokesperson said Hyperdelivery has transformed the way Indian customers purchase vehicles by eliminating traditional delays associated with registration and delivery. The spokesperson added that the same level of ease is now being extended to customers opting for vehicles powered by the 4680 Bharat Cell.

According to the company, its direct-to-consumer (D2C) approach and vertically integrated business model have played a crucial role in enabling same-day delivery and registration at scale.

As part of its customer-first strategy, Ola Electric recently rolled out an in-app service appointment feature nationwide, allowing users to seamlessly schedule vehicle servicing through the company’s mobile application.

In addition, the company has announced plans to scale up Hyperservice into an open platform, a move it says will help redefine electric vehicle servicing standards across India and strengthen the overall EV ecosystem.
