The Pet-Basheerabad Police have arrested two accused persons involved in the daylight robbery case and the arrested individuals are being produced before the Court for their judicial custody.

Accused identified as Neerudi Satish (32), resident of Siddipet district and Golconda Pramod Kumar (32), resident of Medchal.

On May 30, 2025 at 2pm, while the victim was present at her residence located at Devarayamjal village, Shamirpet Mandal, Medchal-Malkajgiri district, two unknown individuals approached her house under the pretense of enquiring about a room for rent. The Victim proceeded to show them the available room and informed them that the monthly rent was Rs 6,000. Subsequently, the individuals requested drinking water. When the Victim entered the house to get water, both individuals followed her inside, forcefully entered the residence, and locked the door from within.

Inside the house, the attackers grabbed both of the victim’s hands and forcibly snatched a gold chain and an earring, collectively weighing approximately 3.25 Tulas, from her neck. During the course of the robbery, the assailants intentionally inflicted grievous bodily injuries on the victim.
