Punjab National Bank holds ‘Rajbhasha event’

The Rajbhasha (Official Language) event and awards presentation ceremony were held at the Punjab National Bank, Zonal Office, Hyderabad. Arvind Kalra, Zonal Head, Hyderabad, presided over the event. V. Venkateswara Rao, retired Assistant General Manager from the Rajbhasha Department of Syndicate Bank, attended the occasion as the Chief Guest.

During the event, a banking terminology competition and a Rajbhasha quiz competition were conducted in offline mode. Around 70 staff members participated in these competitions. On this occasion, prizes were distributed to the winners of the five competitions held during the Hindi Month celebrations. Additionally, branches and staff members who demonstrated excellence in the implementation of Rajbhasha were also honoured and felicitated with awards.
