Actor Rishabh Sawhney is gearing up for his upcoming film Nagabandham, slated for a summer 2026 release. According to reports, the actor underwent rigorous sword fighting training for nearly a year to prepare for his role. He will portray the historical figure Ahmad Shah Abdali, marking one of the most challenging performances of his career so far.

After gaining attention for his role in Fighter, Rishabh is set to explore new dimensions with Nagabandham, where he will be seen in a double role. The film blends history, action, and reincarnation, offering him the opportunity to showcase both intense and modern character traits. His portrayal of Abdali is 

expected to highlight a fierce warrior in the past, along with a contrasting contemporary avatar.
