Sage Bhagiratha inspires to achieve the impossible: Collector

District Collector Kumar Deepak stated that the great sage Bhagiratha demonstrated how even the most impossible tasks can be achieved through continuous effort and dedication. He made these remarks during the Bhagiratha Maharshi Jayanti celebrations on Thursday at the Collectorate, under the auspices of the District Backward Classes Development Department. The event was attended by Additional District Collector (Revenue) Ramulu, District Backward Classes Development Officer Bhagyavathi, and several district officials from various departments.

On the occasion, they paid floral tributes to a portrait of Maharshi Bhagiratha, honoring his legacy and contributions. Speaking afterward, the Collector emphasized that Maharshi Bhagiratha serves as an enduring source of inspiration for accomplishing difficult tasks. He noted that even as generations change, the success achieved by Bhagiratha continues to be remembered and celebrated. He highlighted the importance of perseverance, stating that one must remain committed and dedicated until the intended goal is fully achieved, just as Bhagiratha exemplified through his actions.
