Under the banners of Sreeyas Chitra & Purna Naidu Production, Chaitanya Rao Madadi, Ira and Sakhi are playing lead roles in a new film directed by Kranthi Madhav. The film, tentatively titled Production No. 5, is being produced by Purna Naidu and Srikanth V. Known for his sensible storytelling in films like Onamalu, Malli Malli Idi Rani Roju and World Famous Lover, director Kranthi Madhav is now ready to entertain audiences with yet another youthful love story.Phani Kalyan is composing the music for this movie.

Marking the occasion of Dussehra, the film was formally launched with a traditional pooja ceremony on Friday. Director Deva Katta gave the inaugural clap for the first shot, while KL Damodar Prasad switched on the camera. Director Kranthi Madhav said that he shared a long-standing bond with actor Chaitanya and producer Poorna and that after Malli Malli Idi Rani Roju, he wanted to do another film with Purna. He described the new movie as a new-age love story.

Actor Chaitanya Rao expressed his happiness to be working with Purna Naidu and Srikanth as producers and Kranthi Madhav as director. He said that audiences expect something unique from his with each film and his aim is to live up to that. 

Producer Purna Naidu stated that he liked the stories narrated by director Kranthi Madhav and added that more details about the film will be shared soon.
