Sri Vasavi Mahashakthi Mahotsavam to witness mass Vasavi Parayanam

A curtain raiser event for the upcoming “Vasavi Parayanam”, part of the Sri Vasavi Mahashakthi Mahotsavam and a proposed world record attempt, was held on Thursday evening at Park Hyatt, Banjara Hills. The initiative is being organized by the Telangana State Arya Vysya Corporation in association with the Aarya Vysya Welfare and Development Trust.

The event was hosted by Kalva Sujatha Gupta, Chairperson of the Telangana State Arya Vysya Corporation (TGAVC). 

Vakiti Srihari, Hon’ble Minister for Animal Husbandry, Dairy Development & Fisheries, Sports & Youth Services, attended the curtain raiser as the Chief Guest. Addressing the gathering, he said the Arya Vysya community possesses immense strength and influence and, if united, can play a significant role in shaping social and political outcomes. 

Speaking on the occasion, Priyanka, Special Commissioner of Information & Public Relations (I&PR), expressed hope that the Sri Vasavi Mahashakthi Mahotsavam would be a grand success and would inspire spiritual unity within the community. Kalva Sujatha Gupta, in her address, called upon members of the Arya Vysya community to participate in large numbers in the collective Parayanam scheduled for March 22 at LB Stadium, Hyderabad. 

She stated that extensive arrangements are being made to accommodate thousands of devotees and ensure the smooth conduct of the event. She expressed confidence that the initiative would set a world record for the largest collective Vasavi Mata Parayanam.
