The second edition of Food A’Fair 2025 opened at HITEX Exhibition Centre in Madhapur in Hyderabad on Friday, bringing together the region’s food, beverage, and allied industries for a three-day celebration of innovation and entrepreneurship. The event was inaugurated by D Sridhar Babu, Minister for IT, Electronics & Communications, Industries & Commerce, and Legislative Affairs, Government of Telangana.

Food A’Fair 2025 unites retailers, manufacturers, start-ups, culinary experts, and institutional buyers under one platform. This edition introduces the Culinary Corner, featuring live demonstrations, curated tasting sessions, and immersive experiences highlighting India’s rich regional cuisines and modern culinary innovation. Over three days, the fair hosts B2B meetings, product launches, and industry interactions, bridging gaps in trade, food technology, and market access.

D Sridhar Babu emphasized Telangana’s vision for a resilient, innovation-driven food ecosystem. Organized by Blitz Exhibitions with support from Telangana Government bodies, Food A’Fair 2025 reinforces the state’s focus on strengthening food value chains, scaling processing, and fostering entrepreneurship. The fair runs until November 16.
