Harkara Venugopal Rao, Advisor to Telangana State Government (Protocol and Public Relations) has unfurled the National Flag on the occasion of Telangana Formation Day at Mancherial district headquarters on Monday.
Harkara Venugopal Rao was the chief guest at the program held at Mancherial district headquarters. After paying homage at the Martyrs' Monument in the Mancherial district headquarters, the national flag was unfurled after receiving a police salute at the Integrated District Office Complex.
